- "Subscription" refers to a paid plan (Starter or Pro) that provides additional features beyond the free tier.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at xira.life@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Use of the Service
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service to create, customize, and publish personal link-in-bio pages and to view analytics related to your pages.
4.2 Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Post content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, threatening, harassing, or that infringes on any intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or any content designed to harm or deceive others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or our systems.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without prior written permission, except as permitted by standard search engine indexing.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.
5. User Content
5.1 Ownership
You retain all intellectual property rights to the Content you create and publish through the Service. We do not claim ownership of your Content.
5.2 License Grant
By posting Content on the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. This license terminates when you delete your Content or account.
5.3 Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any Content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our content policies, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
6.1 Plans
The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Starter and Pro). Features, pricing, and limits for each plan are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
6.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Polar (polar.sh), our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Polar's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms. We do not directly handle or store your credit card or banking information.
6.3 Billing Cycle
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
6.4 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect. Continued use of the paid Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
6.5 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.

8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, branding, logos, and documentation, is owned by XIRA and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party websites and services (e.g., social media platforms, embedded content providers). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content displayed through the Service.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, XIRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless XIRA and its affiliates, officers, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
- By You: You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your account settings.
- By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. In cases of serious violation (e.g., illegal content, fraud), termination may be immediate.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Republic of Korea.
15. Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 7 days' notice of material changes by posting the revised Terms on the Service or notifying you by email. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and XIRA regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
